KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, to join our Tax Organization.
Work with Resource Management (RM) team to develop and implement staffing services that help maximize utilization while balancing workloads and providing career opportunities for professionals
Contribute to RM in staffing allocation, monitoring results as well as utilization of system to generate analysis on key staffing data
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and communicate issues to Leadership as necessary
Help to ensure scheduling policies and procedures are followed and proactively work with RM team to identify trends
Participate in practice-wide strategic initiatives or projects
Work with practice leaders to develop action steps for optimal business results based on client goals and objectives
Three years of corporate or professional services experience in a project oriented role; Resource Management experience preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to organize and manage large quantities of data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to team with others
Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong relationships with various levels of an organization
