KPMG is currently seeking an Automation Coordinator, to join our Digital Labor Center of Excellence Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead training, events, and communications; including design, implementation and maintenance of the Center of Excellence (CoE) site, brand management, execution of communications strategy, and leading the content development of logistics of training courses

  • Manage the tasks, timeline, scope, and day to day communication with stakeholders on knowledge, training, and communication efforts

  • Learn and become proficient in KPMG's business areas and functions

  • Gain an understanding of Digital Labor tools and participate in training other resources in KPMG Digital Labor

  • Seek and build relationships through assignments to enhance delivery and to better understand, identify, and work through issues across efforts

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience managing multiple concurrent work streams, documenting processes, and leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead, manage and interact with a diverse team of resources
