KPMG is currently seeking a Director of Managed Services to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.


  • Contact for client and market interactions as the managed services evangelist and delivery lead

  • Leading all operational aspects of Managed Services by ensuring stable, robust and scalable operational processes to support public, hybrid and private delivery models with an innovative and forward-looking on-demand platform of services

  • Ensure and monitor that processes are in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality to meet contract expectations through acceptable controls and service procedures in line with agreed upon process and standards

  • Providing P&L responsibility and accountability for Managed Services by closely managing the delivery of products and services with strict financial controls

  • Creating and implementing standardized processes and improving on existing methodologies, including departmental structures and organizational improvements


  • A minimum ten years of experience of industry expertise in a highly technical and fast paced delivery environment; including at least five years of experience in providing client services based on contractual SLAs

  • Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited college/university in engineering, computer science, or management information system

  • Strong knowledge of and expertise with portfolio management of many active customer-centric products and services

  • Ability to lead and mentor cross functional teams

  • Strong analytical and judgment skills

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail
