KPMG is currently seeking a Practice Operations Manager, to join our Spectrum Organization.


  • Assist with driving the operation of the U.S. and global leadership teams - including planning, developing and driving strategic planning and tactical execution based on changing business needs, objectives and strategies

  • Plan and develop leadership communications - including senior executive briefings, operational and stakeholder communications

  • Team with business support groups - including Finance & Accounting, People, Corporate Development, Alliances, and Marketing & Communications to co-ordinate and drive leadership priorities across the business

  • Proactively analyze relevant practice metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met and make recommendations to leadership regarding strategic and tactical operational changes that can influence achievement of objectives

  • Identify operational best practices and assist with the planning, implementation and execution of such on a national and global basis


  • A minimum of five years of experience in one or more business related areas including Finance, Human Resources, Resource Management, Marketing or general business operations

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or other related field from an accredited college/university

  • High degree of comfort interacting and working with leadership

  • Prior experience as a direct supervisor of teams

  • Ability to work effectively with and with-in multi-disciplinary teams, across multiple geographies

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
