KPMG is currently seeking a Practice Operations Manager, to join our Spectrum Organization.
Assist with driving the operation of the U.S. and global leadership teams - including planning, developing and driving strategic planning and tactical execution based on changing business needs, objectives and strategies
Plan and develop leadership communications - including senior executive briefings, operational and stakeholder communications
Team with business support groups - including Finance & Accounting, People, Corporate Development, Alliances, and Marketing & Communications to co-ordinate and drive leadership priorities across the business
Proactively analyze relevant practice metrics to ensure strategic objectives are met and make recommendations to leadership regarding strategic and tactical operational changes that can influence achievement of objectives
Identify operational best practices and assist with the planning, implementation and execution of such on a national and global basis
A minimum of five years of experience in one or more business related areas including Finance, Human Resources, Resource Management, Marketing or general business operations
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, or other related field from an accredited college/university
High degree of comfort interacting and working with leadership
Prior experience as a direct supervisor of teams
Ability to work effectively with and with-in multi-disciplinary teams, across multiple geographies
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
