KPMG is currently seeking a Solutions Associate to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.


  • As part of our new two year Rotational program, associates will operate within key areas of a professional solution-development environment performing a variety of tasks including solution development, operations, management, and sales

  • Work as part of our development/engineering team to develop new solutions and future enhancements

  • Assist with planning, business analysis and requirements capture, development, testing, project management and reporting, and general team operations

  • Direct involvement with managing the portfolio of products across all stages of their lifecycle (from new innovation through to retirement)

  • Assist with solution delivery daily operations, monitoring and issue resolution, customer success, and contracting

  • Involvement with the market-facing sales team to drive solution sales in the market to include client targeting, lead generation, live proposals and pitches, and marketing


  • Maximum of 18 months experience in a business environment

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited course of study

  • Flexibility to operate in a wide range of different teams/personalities

  • Ability to work with a team and interact with other firm professionals and clients

  • Solid IT skills: including Excel and PowerPoint
