KPMG is currently seeking a Service Delivery Liaison, to join our KPMG Technology Organization.
Manage capital project support by providing ongoing coordination, operational scheduling and support for Technical Operations teams to execute implementation plans and represent Technical Operations to all stakeholders
Manage Operational Communications and Relationship Management by acting as primary customer interface for requests for assistance and information; engage subject matter experts as needed, provide guidance and educate customers on technical operations policies, procedures, requirements and SLAs, coordinate communications to impacted KPMG Technology teams and Business users
Provide high level cost and resource estimates for Technical Operations and Technical Services, service offerings; provide cost estimates for infrastructure related requests and obtain vendor quotes as needed
Orchestrate the technical execution of projects for internal, external and offshore Infrastructure requests, facilitating communications between KPMG Technology and its clients; coordinate with Technical Operations leads to Identify Resources for Projects
Interface with customers to handle requests for information from Technical Operations Teams and engage Subject Matter Experts as necessary
Act as a trusted advisor to clients; ensure the efficiency of Infrastructure requests and manage customer driven, Infrastructure projects
Minimum five years of IT service delivery experience in solutions delivery, project management and IT Operations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle multiple tasks and react quickly to problems and issues
Comprehensive knowledge of lifecycle management, IT Security, software development, and infrastructure deployment methodologies and industry best practices; ability to quickly acquire new knowledge regarding technology
Strong verbal/written communication, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
