KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Services (IARCS) - Contract Compliance for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.
Understand and identify opportunities for KPMG's practices and service offerings
Provide high quality professional day-to-day execution of vendor, royalty, and licensing audit engagements in addition to other types of third party reviews
Analyze complex license agreements and identify contract issues
Serve a variety of clients within the media and entertainment industry
Project a professional image of KPMG
One year of advisory experience in finance and/or internal or external audit experience and third party audit experience including royalty, profit participations, licensing reviews, or compliance issues
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Finance, or Business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct meetings with clients and third parties in challenging surroundings
Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, Access, and Sequel
Travel may be up to 80-100%
