KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Internal Audit, Risk & Compliance Services (IARCS) - Contract Compliance for our KPMG Risk Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and identify opportunities for KPMG's practices and service offerings

  • Provide high quality professional day-to-day execution of software licensing, vendor, and royalty audit engagements in addition to other types of third party reviews

  • Analyze complex license agreements and identify contract issues

  • Serve a variety of clients within multiple industries

  • Provide leadership to associates and senior associates, draft reports for management review, and document review results in work papers

  • Project a professional image of KPMG

Qualifications:

  • Five years of advisory experience in finance, internal or external audit, or in reviewing a company's compliance with its software agreements

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university

  • Experience with Software Asset Management systems and software/royalty licensing audits within a consulting firm

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to conduct meetings with clients and third parties in challenging surroundings

  • Experience with data analysis tools including Excel, Access, and Sequel

  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, issue identification, prioritization, and resolution and report writing skills

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%
