KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Global Technology Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Information Technology Service (ITS) teams and onshore and offshore partners to determine the technical evolution and solution architecture of a portfolio of products

  • Drive requirements process with the business team to determine technical feasibility and fit to the overall technical direction of the solution

  • Work with ITS teams and onshore and offshore partners to architect and develop the solution leveraging the agreed system development lifecycle as well as be responsible for helping to ensure deliverables and documentation are fit for purpose

  • Manage product development to agreed budget and allocate resources as appropriate between a complex mix of products and tracks

  • Work with quality assurance teams to help ensure requirements to development to testing process are working optimally and that testing coverage is appropriate

  • Help ensure solutions are built based on KPMG standards and that they can be deployed with the global or member firm KPMG environment

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years of project experience in delivery of enterprise systems with an emphasis on globally available applications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of eight years of experience as a technical lead or technical manager

  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture and the ability to manage enterprise solutions design and development efforts

  • Ability to manage and develop internal teams, contractors and onshore and offshore partner resources

  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft platform including IIS, .NET, Web Services, SQL Server, SharePoint, Windows Server, Clustering, and Active Directory
