KPMG is currently seeking a Director, to join our Global Organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship between the Global Business Operations team (GBO) and key stakeholders on in-scope risk & compliance business processes including risk management partners, lead partners, IT and other process teams

  • Lead global business process owners in the development of the strategy for in-scope business process, definition of the process and requirements and business priorities

  • Provide thought leadership and practical experience; lead and leverage a team of subject matter experts

  • Suggest process & policy changes relating to in-scope processes for review by relevant owners

  • Work with stakeholders on defined special projects and resolution of key issues that impact on or relate to in-scope risk & compliance business process, leveraging team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of relevant risk and regulatory experience within a professional services organization

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • Ability to drive decision making, facilitate change and resolve issues diplomatically

  • Understanding of engagement acceptance procedures and risk management procedures and their implementation

  • Ability to think strategically and provide program management across multiple initiatives

  • Effective customer relationship management skills and ability to leverage contacts and network within KPMG
