KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Financial Management for ourpractice.


  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) process transformation capabilities with special knowledge in account reconciliation, close/consolidation, planning, budgeting/forecasting, and reporting/analytics

  • Leading the design and implementation of enhanced EPM processes; redesigning the close process, budgeting/forecasting processes

  • Knowledge in defining the future of management/financial reporting, key performance measures and other analytics

  • Technology exposure to Hyperion product suite, Blackline, Tagetik or Trintech

  • Managing and delivering large complex Finance EPM Transformations

  • Leading end to end sales cycles and helping manage client executive relationships


  • A minimum of eight years of related consulting experience showing progression/promotion and experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementations projects related to EPM with software vendors such as Oracle Hyperion, Blackline, Tagetik and/or Trinech

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred

  • Exceptional understanding of Finance strategy and operations within targeted industries and consulting service lines

  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

  • The ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, Visio) and oral presentation skills including presentation and facilitation

  • Travel may be up to 80-100%

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
