KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Management Coordinator to join our Finance and Accounting organization.


  • Provide engagement management support to assigned engagement partners, including engagement set-up, managing key performance indicators, and monitoring investment

  • Assist the engagement team in analyzing engagement data to identify incorrect coding, excessive time and expense items

  • Provide technical support and guidance for the firm's engagement accounting and risk management systems

  • Act as a liaison with offshore team and Finance and Risk Management for engagement setup

  • Provide quality control, review and resolve any issues to help ensure data integrity of transaction processing of timely and accurate application of accounts receivable payments

  • Facilitates corrections and adjustments to billing and collections for assigned engagement teams


  • Minimum of one year of experience working in project accounting, Finance or billing preferably within a professional services environment

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field from an accredited college/ university

  • Proficiency at the Intermediate level with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word and knowledge of financial and accounting applications is preferred

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple concurrent assignments

  • Ability to be proactive in day-to-day interactions, formulate solutions to problems and work in a fast paced environment; travel may be required

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
