KPMG is currently seeking a Part-Time Senior Duplicating Operator to join our Proposal Services organization.


  • Work with the project team to complete duplicating requests and prioritize workflow

  • Operate production, printing, and scanning equipment to reproduce internal client and firm documentation

  • Process and produce reproduction project requests

  • Perform stapling, binding, folding, trimming, and scoring

  • Scan documents for e-delivery


  • Minimum of one year of experience in a reprographic environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience operating binding and copying equipment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to multitask and reprioritize based on changing deadlines and project requirements

  • Flexible to work overtime as needed
