KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.
Lead on-campus recruiting efforts at assigned target schools and assist in the development and implementation of the firm's university recruiting strategy
Plan on campus and other school/office events and manage KPMG professionals to ensure the appropriate representation of the practices
Manage logistics for in office and on-campus interview processes, including scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions and handling all aspects of candidate application and selection process following firm policy
Initiate and maintain contact with candidates and serve as the key source of information prior to and post offer stage and respond to candidates and interns by phone and email on issues related to event logistics and other relevant topics
Coordinate and execute candidate, intern and KPMG team correspondence by phone and email; and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Participate in assigned projects/taskforces as necessary
Minimum of one year of related recruiting, human resources, or similar experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
Associates or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Proficient in MS Office Applications; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to travel, work overtime and weekends as needed
