KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Vendor Management to join our KPMG Business School – Advisory (KBSA) organization.


  • Drive Vendor Management execution, track status of all contracting components, manage changes in collaboration with project team members and stakeholders, and review vendor invoice against contractual obligations before remitting payment

  • Manage all aspects of onboarding service providers, including developing annual Statements of Work (SOW), reviewing and providing feedback on contracts and confirm all processes/requirements are met

  • Manage the Service Providers to ensure they perform the services agreed to in the Master Service Agreements (MSA) and contracts in a manner that is consistent with both the spirit and the letter of the agreements

  • Identify and lead annual cost optimization by performing annual spend analytics, and vendor performance across agreements

  • Identify ways to optimize the resources available from the external providers (e.g. Franklin Covey All Access Pass post-course learning paths, training internal facilitators on content)

  • Provide enterprise reporting of relationship, performance and issues / risks through vendor profiles and dashboards


  • Minimum of five years of experience in strategic sourcing, building a vendor management program, or managing large, complex vendor relationships; preferably from a professional service firm

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited college/university

  • Experience in managing service provider relationships and large contracts

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms

  • Strong negotiation, influencing and problem resolution skills

  • Interact effectively with stakeholders and executives across business
