KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Developer to join our KPMG Technology organization.
Support the technical lead in providing day to day technical administration of the Archer v5.5 platform including release management, configuration, upgrade validation/testing, change control, and technical issue/problem resolution; maintenance of appropriate project technical documentation
Work with project manager in planning and estimating throughout the complete life cycle; identify and evaluate alternatives and present the most efficient and cost effective solution
Work with service management, change management, and infrastructure teams as needed on technology upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution
Act as a technical resource (SME) to on-shore, off-shore, and professional services in all phases of development and implementation process; lead or participate in design and code reviews
May act as Technical Leader and/or may be involved in providing assistance and training to less senior developers
Minimum of five years of diverse work experience in systems analysis and software development with at least three years of experience in configuring and installing Archer core solutions; design and creation of on-demand applications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience in the configuration of data driven events, calculations, data feeds, data imports, and integrations with applications internal and external to Archer
Experience in design and implementation of questionnaires and questionnaire administration; ability to design custom workflows and notifications, Mail Merges and User Access Control
Proficient in the maintenance of non-production environments with experience in the creation of new instances, installs/upgrades to the platform and solutions
Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, analytical and independent judgment skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
