KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Messaging and Collaboration to join our KPMG Technology organization.


  • Regulate the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures and infrastructure support documentation

  • Recommend and participate in development, testing, implementation, and support of all enhancements to the systems, services and technologies used by the IAM platform

  • Ensure production implementation and maintenance activities are performed as required while adhering to regulations, compliance policies, and risk avoidance standards

  • Work closely with development groups, business liaison teams, operations staff, security group, data center staff and server administration groups on all activities related to supporting the IAM service offerings

  • Provide Level 1 support for the system within agreed service levels

  • Liaison with Application/System Managers as required assisting with reporting requirements and serving as subject matter expert for processes


  • Minimum of three years of experience in supporting Messaging and Collaboration in an Enterprise Environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Strong knowledge of Skype for Business 2015

  • Capable of performing hands-on systems administration in a diverse and complex Exchange Unified Messaging 2010/2016 and Skype for Business 2015 infrastructure environment with a solid technical background

  • Experience with scripting/coding and automation tools

  • US Citizenship Required
