KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Solution Alliances Portfolio to join our Alliances organization.


  • Provide support to the individual practices in managing their Solution Alliances

  • Provide proactive coaching in the use of essential alliance management tools and practices

  • Guide the practice in the development of a joint business plan with the alliance partner

  • Coordinate other alliance resources (Marketing, Communications, Enablement, and Operations) to execute and manage the alliance plan

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource to deal with issues as they arise


  • Minimum of seven years of experience in services or consultative business development

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university

  • Prior successful experience as an Alliance Director for a Big Four or similar Services organization

  • Demonstrated communications and influence management skills with all levels including Executives (Partner level)

  • Ability to quickly evaluate alliance relationships and recommend appropriate management approaches

  • Deep understanding of and ability to coach and support the execution of the alliance management process
