KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Shared Services & Outsourcing for ourpractice.
Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships
A minimum of five years of BPO and shared services experience including specific functional area knowledge in finance and accounting
A minimum of five years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing, such as outsourcing and shared services, with emphasis in global BPO
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex work streams and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
Experience in account relationship growth and business development
Travel may be up to 80-100%
