KPMG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Federal Advisory practice.
Assist team to execute client project work including developing and implementing process, operational, and strategic improvements related to Federal Advisory projects
Serve as a resource and key team member on client projects
Manage across the project lifecycle including assisting with against project milestones to help ensure timely completion of project deliverables
Provide input into engagement decisions regarding work plan and timeline, project management, and resource allocation
Must have served as a Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Military for at least 4 years to be considered for the position
Minimum three years of experience in program management in areas such as; operations, change management, IT implementation, federal contracts, budgeting, accounting, healthcare, supply chain and logistics
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
A proven, established track record of exceptional performance in challenging leadership positions and roles, and must have strong communication skills
U.S. citizenship required and an active U.S. Federal government Secret security clearance
