KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Shared Services & Outsourcing for ourpractice.
Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services journey - strategy and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships
A minimum of eight years of experience in shared services
A minimum of four years of experience with an advisory firm providing shared services,
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Knowledge of the healthcare industry including payer and/or provider service delivery processes and regulatory compliance and billing
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage teams, complex work streams, and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
Experience in account relationship growth and business development
Travel may be up to 80-100%
