KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.


  • Oversee the on-campus interview process, including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, downloading resumes, and handling the application process

  • Support local or regional offices with campus recruiting events, event planning, student tracking, and interview scheduling support and student communication

  • Develop and build relationships with key faculty from assigned campuses

  • Maintain candidate pipeline and school files with database updates following firm policy and legal regulations

  • Maintain and produce a variety of reports


  • Minimum of three years of campus recruiting or related experience; preferably within a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for applicant tracking and reporting

  • Ability to travel up to twenty percent annually and available to work evenings and weekends as needed
