KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.
Oversee the on-campus interview process, including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, downloading resumes, and handling the application process
Support local or regional offices with campus recruiting events, event planning, student tracking, and interview scheduling support and student communication
Develop and build relationships with key faculty from assigned campuses
Maintain candidate pipeline and school files with database updates following firm policy and legal regulations
Maintain and produce a variety of reports
Minimum of three years of campus recruiting or related experience; preferably within a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
High attention to detail with strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for applicant tracking and reporting
Ability to travel up to twenty percent annually and available to work evenings and weekends as needed
