KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Learning & Development to join our Audit Business School organization.


  • Provide oversight to centralized operations and event teams to ensure quality training delivery

  • Manage communications process for training events

  • Develop training registration strategy for assigned portfolio of training courses

  • Provide superior customer service to training participants before, during and after the training event

  • Manage instructor coordination for assigned portfolio of training courses

  • Make recommendations that effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures


  • Minimum of two years of experience in Learning & Development or meeting event coordination

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

  • Demonstrated ability to be process oriented and flexible to meet client expectations

  • Strong task management, results oriented, and judgement skills

  • Ability to continuously improve processes and event experience to the benefit of the client, team stakeholders, and the attendees

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Excel
