KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Learning & Development to join our Audit Business School organization.
Provide oversight to centralized operations and event teams to ensure quality training delivery
Manage communications process for training events
Develop training registration strategy for assigned portfolio of training courses
Provide superior customer service to training participants before, during and after the training event
Manage instructor coordination for assigned portfolio of training courses
Make recommendations that effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, and procedures
Minimum of two years of experience in Learning & Development or meeting event coordination
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
Demonstrated ability to be process oriented and flexible to meet client expectations
Strong task management, results oriented, and judgement skills
Ability to continuously improve processes and event experience to the benefit of the client, team stakeholders, and the attendees
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word and Excel
