KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations to join our Market Development organization.
Direct the development, integration and implementation of the sourcing strategy in line with Firmwide goals
Instruct employees and providers on strategy in support of the department and firm
Solicit and prioritize new projects in alignment with Firmwide and departmental strategy
Direct process owners to ensure strategies are carried out effectively and efficiently and achieve objectives support of the department strategy.
Develop a Market Development governance model including policies, procedures and processes related to these programs
Continuously analyze operations to increase efficiencies
Minimum fifteen years of progressive marketing experience; preferably from a professional service firm
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree or other advance studies is preferred
Practical knowledge on process improvement techniques including six sigma, TQM, and Lean as well as a proven track record of successful implementation of these techniques with measurable positive results.
Experience moving operations to outside providers whether on, off or near shore
Proven experience managing skilled employees, projects and financial assets
Ability to function in a matrix management environment and successfully communicate with all levels within the firm
