KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations to join our Market Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the development, integration and implementation of the sourcing strategy in line with Firmwide goals

  • Instruct employees and providers on strategy in support of the department and firm

  • Solicit and prioritize new projects in alignment with Firmwide and departmental strategy

  • Direct process owners to ensure strategies are carried out effectively and efficiently and achieve objectives support of the department strategy.

  • Develop a Market Development governance model including policies, procedures and processes related to these programs

  • Continuously analyze operations to increase efficiencies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum fifteen years of progressive marketing experience; preferably from a professional service firm

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree or other advance studies is preferred

  • Practical knowledge on process improvement techniques including six sigma, TQM, and Lean as well as a proven track record of successful implementation of these techniques with measurable positive results.

  • Experience moving operations to outside providers whether on, off or near shore

  • Proven experience managing skilled employees, projects and financial assets

  • Ability to function in a matrix management environment and successfully communicate with all levels within the firm
