KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Contract Negotiation to join our Procurement organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with KPMG strategic sourcing managers and staff-level resources from outside KPMG departments and vendors to proactively understand, develop and define contracting objectives

  • Proactively initiate effective and efficient contracting solutions as an individual contributor and manager of support resources

  • Proactively plan for short and long-term contracting projects as an individual contributor

  • Consistently track, manage and adjust personal performance to support contracting demand and departmental goals

  • Monitor, identify and solution for contracting projects, within individual scope, which may fall short of client or departmental expectations

  • Act as a point of escalation for support resources and as a trusted business partner for KPMG departmental leaders and contract requestors

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of contracting experience in a procurement or legal department in the areas of technology, contingent workforce and / or staff augmentation with demonstrable experience with US and European privacy regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited college and/or university

  • Advanced comprehension of applicable regulatory requirements, data security, privacy and risk mitigation terms, along with a proven ability to lead, support and conduct successful negotiations

  • Experience with purchasing systems and organizational interfaces (including e-procurement, Ariba, SAP and e-RFP tools)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
