KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Market Development to join our Market Development organization.


  • Collaborate with team members on high impact projects that drive overall Market Development priorities and support efforts to improve ongoing Market Development processes

  • Partner on technology development projects to enable Market Development initiatives

  • Design and develop reporting and provide analytics related to achievement of Market Development priorities

  • Assist with leadership meetings and calls, including logistics support, and the creation of presentation materials

  • Facilitate information sharing and collaboration with industries, functions and other business process groups such as Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, and Finance & Accounting


  • Minimum of three years of progressive marketing, corporate strategy and/or market development experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar matrixed environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred

  • Demonstrated skills and ability leveraging financial data to drive market development and marketing program recommendations

  • Experience and current knowledge in integrated marketing program development and execution

  • Ability to collaborate, meet deadlines, communicate clearly while successfully working within a matrix organization and succeed in a fast paced environment

  • Project management, analytical and problem solving skills
