Manager, Management Consulting - Financial Services (Multiple Positions) (New York, New York)

Facilitate cross-functional process improvement programs, including identifying and managing all resources needed. Conduct process mapping, documentation, and rollout of improved processes. Investigate and identify root causes of process performance drivers. Develop new processes in order to achieve improved performance. Support business development activities, including identification and proposal development. Develop creative solutions and marketing collaterals to deliver advisory solutions for the Financial Services practice. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports and apply control procedures resulting in permanent corrective action, yield, and productivity improvement. Monitor key metrics to measure the business and improve operating processes while managing the engagements.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality (DQ) solutions, including Informatica; Utilizing data analysis tools, including IDQ, Excel, and Access; Capturing business, data and functional requirements as part of solution design for data management and governance functions; and Data discovery and profiling activities, including analyzing data sources, recognizing patterns and overlap between sources, and establishing standard business definitions for each data element.

Travel up to 80% required.
