KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Associate, Deskside Support Services to join our KPMG Technology organization.
Provide first and second-level support to KPMG partners and employees during the Network Access Control deployment
Participate in device troubleshooting, configuration, deployment and remediation of client endpoint devices; ensure all steps for a successful remediation of all impacted devices on a daily basis
Work with each client to ensure checklist items are completed and that the laptops are issue-free
Accountable for receipt, configuration, and delivery of new equipment, where applicable
Perform move/add/changes in local office; perform asset disposal process and liaise with vendor to schedule pick-ups
Accountable for accurate documentation of troubleshooting activities in Fusion ticketing system
Minimum of one year of experience in Information Systems, supporting office technology and desktop support
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops and desktops
Strong knowledge of MS Office Product Suite including 2013, Windows 7and Windows 10 Operating System support and troubleshooting; Ability to troubleshoot and familiarity with Symantec Antivirus Protection, SCCM and CarbonBlack a plus
Ability to function in a fast-paced, high energy environment; Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships with peers
Some travel may be required
