KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in M&A Services for ourpractice.
Execute on a broad range of data and analytics techniques at the direction of KPMG and client leaders
Research and study the business for a given project and critically dissect the strategy, leading the development of insightful analysis and creating a hypothesis-driven approach
Author, prepare and deliver marketing and training materials for all professional levels; help lead project work streams including structuring the work, executing it, generating insights, preparing written communications, and effectively communicating results to the team and client
Provide deep business analytics and integrate findings into project deliverables
A minimum of three years consulting experience in Strategy, M&A, and/or transaction services with deep experience in data and analytics, along with significant financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in a quantitative field such as data analysis, statistics, mathematics, finance or economics; Master's degree in one of these areas is highly preferred
Superior analytical skills using financial modeling, research, accounting analysis; proficiency with financial research tools
Strong understanding of statistical techniques such as aggression, clustering, A/B testing, and time series modeling and forecasting
Ability to explain technical concepts to business people, and explain business concepts, issues and challenges to technical people
