KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Management for ourpractice.


  • Participate in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards

  • Utilize functional and industry knowledge to identify and resolve complex client issues Provide mentoring to other staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management

  • Lead or assist in conducting current state talent assessments including but not limited to job analysis, talent risk assessments, and capability assessments

  • Lead or assist in designing critical roles, job families, job descriptions, competency models, career paths, and governance mechanisms

  • Lead or assist in developing future state talent management strategies including but not limited to recruiting strategies, retention strategies, strategic workforce planning, employee value propositions, performance management, and succession planning

  • Assist in the development and evolution of talent management methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to proposals, articles, whitepapers, and training efforts


  • Three or more years relevant work experience talent management, organizational design, change management, or human resource consulting, with experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm preferred within a major consulting firm preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and staff

  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team

  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain flexible to handle unexpected challenges

  • This role requires a willingness to travel 80-100%
