KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Campus Recruiting organization.


  • Develop and deploy the office university recruiting strategy for all practices (fulltime needs, internship needs, office and school events/activities, etc.)

  • Consult with local office recruiting partners and liaisons, campus development managers, and other team members to advise and assist with recommended recruiting strategy to ensure effectiveness of plan

  • Determine annual school goals and objectives to guide the campus recruiting strategy

  • Determine office salaries, based on local marketplace

  • Develop and maintain diversity hiring plan

  • Ensure that the hiring process complies with policies and procedures as well as employment laws and regulations


  • Minimum of three years of experience in campus recruiting or similar role; preferably within a professional services environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Experience supervising individuals at various levels

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and employment laws

  • Available to work overtime including evenings and weekends as needed and willingness to travel at least fifty percent of the time
