KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Management Coordinator to join our Finance and Accounting organization.
Provide engagement management support to assigned engagement partners, including engagement set-up, managing key performance indicators, and monitoring investment
Assist the engagement team in analyzing engagement data to identify incorrect coding, excessive time and expense items
Provide technical support and guidance for the firm's engagement accounting and risk management systems
Act as a liaison with offshore team and Finance and Risk Management for engagement setup
Provide quality control, review and resolve any issues to help ensure data integrity of transaction processing of timely and accurate application of accounts receivable payments
Facilitate corrections and adjustments to billing and collections for assigned engagement teams
Minimum of one year of experience working in project accounting, Finance or billing preferably within a professional services environment
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field from an accredited college/university
Proficiency at the Intermediate level with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word and knowledge of financial and accounting applications is preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to work on multiple concurrent assignments
Ability to be proactive in day-to-day interactions, formulate solutions to problems and work in a fast paced environment; travel may be required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
