KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Innovation & Enterprise Solutions to join our Alliances organization.
Drive assigned Alliance partnerships to originate new opportunity demand (Gross New Pipeline-GNP) that results in won business (Alliance Influenced Bookings-AIB) for the Firm
Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge of KPMG service lines and sectors, relevant Alliance-Based Offers (ABO) and Alliance Partners to foster KPMG/Alliance Partner collaboration on client engagement opportunities
Communicate with and influence other senior executives (“executive presence”), both internally and externally, to establish a mutually beneficial working relationship against a defined, consistent and predictable set of operating principles and guidelines
Define, initiate, implement and manage a broad set of strategic and revenue-generating initiatives between KPMG and an assigned set of one or more Alliance partners
Drive progress on multiple leads and opportunities; thereby increasing the size of the Alliance Influenced Pipeline
Accountable for recording, measuring, and reporting alliance influenced leads, opportunities, wins and losses for assigned Alliance Partner
Minimum of fifteen years of experience in leadership role with demonstrated successful alliance management experience in large national/global professional services or technology systems integration firm
Minimum of five years of experience with alliance go-to-market initiatives supporting consultative sales and strategic business development for large transformational programs
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college/university; Master’s degree is preferred
Demonstrated success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships; strong networking and influence management skills that translate into building commitment and driving action across organizational boundaries
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and project management skills; proven success in identifying, initiating and nurturing business opportunities
Travel up to thirty percent is required
