Manager, Advisory - IT Audit and Assurance (Multiple Positions), San Francisco, CA.

Support risk assessment, security, governance, risk, and compliance projects. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of technology controls throughout the business life cycle. Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of information technology (IT) audit engagements, IT audits supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) financial reporting requirements, SOC 1 readiness assessments and examinations, and SOC 2 examinations, including WebTrust for Certificate Authorities examinations. Identify and communicate IT audit findings to senior management and clients. Demonstrate in-depth technical experience. Pursue business opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Assessing and auditing encryption key management environments; Performing IT audits in support of SOX reporting requirements; Performing SOC 1 and SOC 2 examinations; Executing readiness and risk assessments based on IT and/or Information Security frameworks, including Identity Access Management, Network Security, and SDLC; Developing Information Security programs, including creating policies, procedures, and controls; ERP Governance Risk and Compliance Services; and Identifying business development opportunities.

Travel up to 80% required.
