KPMG is currently seeking an Events Coordinator, Program Support, to join our Events & Meetings organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative duties to help and support the event planner to ensure highest quality product and timely service delivery

  • Collaborate with other internal departments, such as graphic design, national purchasing, learning and development, and campus recruiting

  • Serve as an event support resource to the assigned event planner to coordinate the administrative tasks related to the registration process, utilizing firm-supported procedures, policies, Web-based tools, and any other accepted firm/Events & Meetings databases

  • Process and verify the integrity of data in shared software and produce various reports from the registration system to support Events & Meetings and internal stakeholder requests

  • Provide onsite registration support, as needed, which could include local and national travel

  • Perform other administrative duties, as needed and assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of related coordinator experience; preferably within a professional services firm or hospitality environment

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external clients
