KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Risk Strategy & Compliance - Operations & Compliance Risk for ourpractice.
Manage multiple client and engagement work streams and support directors in engagement management and deliverable and service delivery
Develop, support and sustain solid relationships with client personnel and identify opportunities to provide additional services
Develop and market service offerings to current and prospective clients
Manage, train and develop staff in all engagement activities including administration, project management, document management, internal and external communication, deliverable and overall service delivery
Develop and manage work plans in areas such as assessments, audit and monitoring, investigations, reviews and ongoing client support in connection with regulatory risk management and advisory in the life sciences industry
Oversee project administration including contracting, budget management, job set up and risk management, staffing and resource allocation
A minimum of five years of experience working in the life sciences industry or providing professional services to the industry
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Core understanding of the regulators, regulations, and enforcement activity applicable to the life sciences industry (DOJ, SEC, OIG, FCA, AKS, FCPA, PPACA, etc.)
Hands-on experience working with compliance and business personnel, policies, procedures, tools and data sets at a management capacity
Ability to travel at a moderate to extensive level
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Travel may be up to 80-100%
