KPMG is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant, Tax to join our Business Tax Services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced day-to-day administrative support in this fast-paced professional services firm for lead partners and various managers for the Tax practice

  • Extensive Outlook calendaring; arrange conference calls and meetings as needed, handle time and expense reporting and Diners card reconciliation

  • Support professional team with document preparation, presentations, and spreadsheets with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Arrange travel, both domestic & international, as well as prepare Visas and Passports

  • Able to learn and become proficient at many firm specific software tools

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in making day-to-day decisions where alternatives are limited and standard practices and policies are established

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience supporting executives at the partner level in a professional environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college/university is preferred

  • Previous experience supporting multiple individuals with the ability to multi-task and identify priorities

  • Detail oriented and possess a strong level of professional interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills; Heavy technology skills required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment
