KPMG is currently seeking a Director, ITSM Enablement to join our KPMG Technology organization.


  • Strategic responsibility for ITSM Process Engineering, Continuous Service Improvement, Asset Management, and Configuration Management

  • Drive the definition and maintenance of ITSM processes across the Service Management organization, working with peers to ensure business and strategic alignment with best practice

  • Establish the overall ITSM Program Framework and Committees and manage process owners and process teams; Design and communicate Service Management policies, processes & procedures

  • Work with IT4IT teams to implement centralized technology enablers, metrics & reporting, helping drive the prioritization of development efforts

  • Design, implement and communicate service management processes and roadmap; Monitor and manage process and service performance and establish periodic process & service review meetings (includes IT Services Committee)

  • Set strategic direction and provide oversight and management of the Asset and Configuration Management areas, ensuring that the firm maintains an authoritative view of the environment and associated assets


  • Minimum of ten years of experience with ITSM processes, including the ServiceNow tool; ITIL certification is required, PMP Certification or related qualification; SixSigma certification or related experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master's Degree is preferred

  • ITIL, PMP or SixSigma certifications preferred

  • Excellent statistical and analytical skills

  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work

  • Ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs
