KPMG is currently seeking an Engagement Management Assistant to join our Finance and Accounting organization.
Perform data entry of engagement information into firm related accounting and risk management systems including engagement setup, estimated realization percentage changes, closeouts, billing adjustments as well as time and expense adjustments
Calculate engagement gain/loss amounts utilizing the Finance & Accounting Estimated Realization Percentage (ERP) Assessment Tool
Assist with Orion application to create and store risk management documentation
Retrieve work in progress (WIP) reports, time and expense details, and other adhoc reports
Retrieve Dun and Bradstreet reports and perform other due diligence research tasks as requested
Minimum of two years of relevant experience preferably within a professional services environment
High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented, possess strong organization skills and be able to work on multiple concurrent assignments
Able to demonstrate strong time management skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen
