KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Government Contracts organization.
Perform pre-award and post-award contract and subcontract administration
Draft and negotiate agreements, including NDAs, TAs, contracts, and subcontracts
Strategize with engagement partners and teams and provide value-added business advice
Collaborate with partners, the Office of General Counsel, Risk Management, Business Process Groups, clients, team members and others to mitigate risk and oversee that business requirements are met
Oversee contract and subcontract compliance with federal government acquisition regulations, as well as KPMG's policies and procedures
Assist or lead client contract reviews and audits
Minimum of seven years of experience in negotiating and managing contracts and subcontracts in a federal environment
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and agency-specific acquisition regulations and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software and Deltek CostPoint
Ability to resolve complex contractual issues matters, perform business risk assessments and implement recommendations.
Ability to travel up to five percent
