KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Support development and implementation of Federal Healthcare strategy

  • Collaborate with other KPMG leaders to develop thought leadership on important industry topics

  • Work with the KPMG Federal Healthcare team to identify, prioritize, propose, capture, and deliver business

  • Lead the delivery of project work to Federal Healthcare clients

  • Support the development and growth of a robust pipeline of Federal Healthcare opportunities

  • Solidify and expand KPMG's industry and client relationships in Federal Healthcare

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of professional services experience, years of which have been spent delivering on project work in Federal Healthcare accounts

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university preferred; U.S. citizenship is necessary

  • Successful track record of directly supporting the Medicaid program at either the federal or state level; insights into issues and trends within the Medicaid program, including those related to program integrity

  • Demonstrated ability to design and/or adapt service or technical offerings that are directly relevant to the Medicaid program

  • Current relationships with staff and/or leadership within Federal Healthcare agencies that can be readily leveraged; current relationships with firms within the consulting industry actively supporting the Medicaid program at the state or federal level

  • Demonstrated leadership, client management, and project management skills, along with a strong business development track record
