KPMG is currently seeking a Project Manager, Learning & Development to join our KBS organization.
Drive project execution, tracks status of all project components and manage changes in collaboration with project team members/stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
Manage all aspects of the development of courses/assets including project issues, risks, and changes in collaboration with project team and escalate to Project Sponsor as appropriate, ensuring that decisions are reached and communicated
Oversee and track status of scope, schedule, budget and deliverables in collaboration with project team and report to team and leadership
Manage project team communications to include all project team related meetings and written communications
Manage project budgets including forecasts (ETC, EAC), invoicing and accruals
Provide knowledge and recommendations to team on way forward for various development activities
Minimum of five years of learning and development experience and a minimum of five years of project management experience; preferably from a professional services firm
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
Excellent relationship management skills and advanced communication skills with the ability to tailor to various audiences and influence outcomes
Strong creative problem solving, negotiation, collaboration and critical thinking skills, including exercising professional judgment
Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and processes and KPMG Advisory services
Exceptional project management skills; PMP is an asset
