KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Global Business Operations organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business team and risk process leads to analyze, execute, and support business requirements

  • Provide technical knowledge, direction, and guidance around entity and securities data and independence processes to internal and external stakeholders as well as assist in training staff members to help ensure the delivery of high-quality support to member firms

  • Prepare and execute user acceptance testing, which includes preparing test scenarios, providing training to testers and support staff members, and liaising with the business leads to report results and track the project until enhancements are deployed

  • Coordinate application operations and change management procedures, which encompasses gathering user/entity change requirements, analysis, implementation, facilitation, support procedures, and maintenance

  • Oversee modifications and general troubleshooting of the KPMG Independence Compliance System (KICS)

  • Review data for quality and integrity by reconciling systems data, writing complex database queries, and generating and analyzing reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of research, data analytics and/or customer service experience; preferably within a professional services firm, financial institution, or similar environment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in data analysis, process development, project management, and time management with the ability to understand and apply intricate rules and regulations and quickly analyze complex information in order to make appropriate recommendation

  • Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and demonstrated success in dealing with diverse functional teams

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, along with basic understanding and knowledge of SQL

  • Experience in using various entity and security data research tools, such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and Moody's
